Join Smart DCC as an IT Support Analyst and play a vital role in delivering first and second-line support to our business and IT system users. You’ll manage incidents, requests, and technical issues while supporting projects and business-as-usual activities across the Enterprise IT team. How you will contribute to transforming energy and shaping the future
- Provide first and second-line incident management and request fulfilment for business and IT system users.
- Manage IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
- Build and configure IT equipment for new starters and replacements, supporting hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service and maintain operational efficiency.
- Document processes, produce guidance for end users, and contribute to audits and compliance activities.
Your skills that will enable us to fulfil our purpose
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Support or Service Delivery, with strong knowledge of ITIL.
- Working knowledge if ITSM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Teams, Azure) and Active Directory.
- Strong technical skills across Windows 10/11, networking (DHCP, DNS), and endpoint security.
- Excellent problem-solving, prioritisation, and customer service skills.
- Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science and Microsoft Certified IT Professional.
