How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future:
- Support sourcing activity up to £1m using solid commercial judgement, benchmarking and negotiation.
- Create clear, accurate supplier contracts that reflect commercial and operational needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues and suppliers to keep procurement activity moving efficiently.
- Use tools including Ivalua, eFlow and Adobe to support effective processes and strong governance.
- Provide reliable first-line support for procurement tools, PO approvals and policy/process updates.
What you need to bring:
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to work confidently in a structured, well-governed environment.
- Skills in data and trend analysis with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using procurement or digital tools — or the enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly.
- Clear and confident communication with colleagues at all levels.
- A positive, proactive approach with the ability to stay calm, focused and adaptable when things get busy.
