Join Smart DCC as a NOC Analyst and play a key role in monitoring and supporting Britain's smart metering network. You'll work with operational teams, service providers, and customers to help maintain a resilient and reliable smart energy network.

How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future:

  • Monitor the performance, availability and health of the Smart Metering Network, helping to ensure optimum service delivery.
  • Track operational performance metrics, produce reports and provide valuable insights to support operational decision-making.
  • Act as the first point of contact for operational requests, managing queries and handling routine work orders.
  • Support incident management activities by identifying anomalies, assisting investigations and contributing to service restoration during major incidents.
  • Work collaboratively with customers, service providers and internal teams to support customer onboarding, meter installations and regulatory obligations.

What you need to bring:

  • Experience working in an operational support, network operations, service desk or customer operations environment.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver clear, accurate and timely responses to customer queries.
  • Ability to analyse operational information, identify issues and support incident response activities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to delivering results, maintaining quality standards and managing priorities effectively.
