Join Smart DCC as a Supply Chain Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the efficient movement, tracking, and lifecycle management of Communications Hubs across Great Britain's smart energy network. This is an excellent opportunity for a supply chain professional with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills to drive operational performance, improve processes, and contribute directly to customer outcomes, financial assurance, and the UK's journey towards a smarter, greener future.
How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future:
- Manage and assure logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring efficient movement, tracking, and lifecycle management of Communications Hubs.
- Lead reverse logistics and asset exchange activities, including returns, replacements, recovery, and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accurate asset tracking and reporting, providing near real-time visibility to support compliance and operational performance.
- Monitor and improve supplier and service provider performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance governance, reporting, customer experience, and operational efficiency across the supply chain.
What you need to bring:
- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, returns operations, or asset lifecycle management.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and experience managing large datasets, reporting, and data governance.
- Experience managing performance against SLAs, KPIs, and supplier contracts.
- Knowledge of financial reconciliation, invoicing validation, revenue assurance, or asset movement controls.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
