The role
FP&A Manager - Hybrid / London

Join DCC's Finance team as an FP&A Manager and play a key role during an exciting period of business and regulatory transformation. This position offers the opportunity to lead financial planning, forecasting and reporting activities, provide strategic financial insight to senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across finance processes. Working closely with the wider Finance team and business leaders, you will help shape decision-making and support the successful delivery of DCC's objectives.

How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network and shaping the future
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning activities.
- Deliver insightful management reporting and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to challenge assumptions and improve financial performance.
- Support regulatory financial requirements and business transformation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and financial controls.
What you need to bring
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting and management reporting.
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence and build effective relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working within a complex or regulated organisation.
