The Enterprise Support Analyst will provide multi skilled administrative and technical support to the wider business users at DCC. The Enterprise Support Analyst performs a vital role delivering first and second line incident management support and request fulfilment to the Smart DCC business and IT system users, working in collaboration with the Capita Workspace Agility Team. The Enterprise Support Analyst will also collaborate with stakeholders from around the business and demonstrate and promote the DCC Values and Behaviours. What will you be doing? Asset Management, control the stock of all portable IT equipment, managing the issuing and recovering of laptops and peripherals from joiners and leavers and in life replacements Request, Incident & Problem Management Technical Management Stakeholder Engagement, work with business operations and HR teams in the joiners, movers, and leavers activities and provide exceptional Service Support to the business.
