The role

Working for the Director of Service Management, you will be the strategic right hand to drive change, challenge the status quo, and deliver customer-focused outcomes. You’ll lead across multiple service pillars, influencing at all levels, shaping transformation, and steering both quick wins and long-term improvements. This role demands a big-picture thinker who can balance regulatory demands with practical delivery, inspire and empower teams, and confidently present to stakeholders in high-pressure environments. Patience, resilience, and adaptability are key – as is the ability to “move the right chess pieces” to make a real impact.
