Together we're building a greener tomorrow. Connecting every home and business to a single, secure smart meter network is a huge undertaking. The role of Project Analyst – Finance Systems (Licence Renewal) is part of a major ERP transformation.
As Project Analyst – Finance Systems, you will support a major ERP transformation by ensuring clean, accurate and compliant data migration and finance master data setup across the programme. Your work will directly impact how our financial systems operate in the future.
How you will contribute to transforming the smart energy network:
- Perform data cleansing, validation and preparation across multiple finance and operational source systems to enable a successful ERP migration.
- Set up finance master data—GL, cost centres, hierarchies, WBS codes, suppliers and customers—within the new ERP environment.
- Reconcile old-to-new system data structures, identifying and resolving mismatches and inconsistencies.
- Support testing cycles (including integration and UAT), troubleshooting issues and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Document finance processes and maintain a central repository for future reference and audit compliance.
What you need to bring:
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Dynamics, Workday or similar).
- Hands-on experience with data cleansing, validation and transformation in complex environments.
- Proven experience in finance master data processes (GL, cost centres, WBS, supplier/customer setup).
- Experience supporting system testing and UAT activities.
- Excellent attention to detail, documentation and process mapping skills.
