The role is a Fixed Term Contract based in Manchester or London. It is responsible for shaping a thriving learning culture within a purpose-led organisation driving the UK’s Net Zero future. The position involves designing and embedding innovative learning that boosts capability, engagement, and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver impactful learning solutions that build capability, confidence, and performance across the organisation.
  • Embed a strong learning culture by making development visible, accessible, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to integrate learning into day-to-day performance and drive workforce effectiveness.
  • Enhance employee experience through engaging onboarding, induction, and continuous learning improvements.
  • Use data and feedback to track impact, optimise learning delivery, and support organisational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience delivering and embedding learning & development solutions in a corporate environment.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence and partner across the business.
  • Ability to analyse data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and measure impact.
  • Knowledge of compliance, governance, and aligning learning to organisational priorities.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
