We’re looking for a Resource Data & Analytics Manager to play a pivotal role in how Smart DCC uses data to drive decisions across our growing change and delivery portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at a transformative moment as we mature our resource management capability and establish new ways of working. How you will contribute to transforming energy and shaping the future:

  • Own and maintain core resource data structures, architecture and reporting frameworks.
  • Build advanced Excel‑based reporting tools, dashboards and automation to enhance insight.
  • Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to provide visibility of performance, utilisation and forecasting.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders through engaging reporting.
  • Support and enhance resource forecasting models, including scenario planning and demand vs actuals analysis.

Your skills that will enable us to fulfil our purpose:

  • Expert‑level Excel capability (including pivot tables, advanced formulas, data manipulation).
  • Strong skills in Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
  • Proven experience working with people/resource data, ideally within portfolio or PMO environments.
  • Ability to simplify and visually communicate complex data concepts.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality, accurate data.
