As part of DCC’s continued transformation, we are looking for a Contract and Supplier Management Performance Analyst to join our growing team. This role is central to enhancing governance, reporting, and strategic decision-making across our supplier landscape.

You’ll work closely with Contract & Supplier Management, Data Analytics, Commercial, and Finance teams, helping to build a single version of the truth through robust data analysis and performance reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a business driving the UK’s energy transformation.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead the collation and creation of governance reporting across the Contract & Supplier Management function.
  • Develop a single story per supplier using inputs from across the business, including monthly and annual performance reports.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices, validate data, and maintain risk registers.
  • Support Supplier Business Managers in delivering DCC’s supplier governance regime.
  • Champion data integrity and best practices using tools like Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Produce comprehensive performance reports and insights based on key metrics and stakeholder feedback.
  • Analyse data to predict supplier and contract behaviour over time.
  • Provide commercial insight to support decision-making and drive value.
  • Own strategic dashboards and support Value for Money analytics and reporting.

What are we looking for?

Technical Skills

  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience analysing large datasets from multiple sources and presenting findings clearly.
  • Understanding of AI tooling and techniques to support integration discussions.
  • Ability to identify trends, efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Effective communicator with the ability to present complex data succinctly.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and ad-hoc requests.
  • Proactive, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Undergraduate qualification in a relevant Business or Commercial field.
  • Background in IT infrastructure.
