This is a high‑impact, high‑exposure position designed for a bright, well‑educated individual with a Business Analyst or Consulting background who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role will sit at the intersection of Operations, Product, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and will play a key role in driving execution of strategic priorities across the Group. A core focus of the role will be supporting our EU MiFID and EMI licensing processes, alongside broader operational, regulatory and commercial initiatives linked to our international expansion.

Key Responsibilities

    • Drive cross‑functional initiatives that cut across Operations, Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance and Technology.
    • Prepare board‑level materials, investment cases, business plans and executive updates.
    • Track execution, surface risks and dependencies, and ensure initiatives stay on course.
  • Regulatory & Licensing Support (EU Focus)
    • Support the delivery of EU MiFID and EMI licensing programmes, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
    • Coordinate inputs across Compliance, Legal, Operations, Finance and Technology.
    • Assist with regulatory documentation, operating model design, and readiness assessments.
    • Help embed regulatory requirements into scalable, efficient operational processes.
  • Business Analysis & Operating Model Design
    • Conduct deep‑dive analysis into business performance, processes, cost structures and growth opportunities.
    • Design and optimise operating models to support rapid international scaling.
    • Identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities across the Group.
    • Build clear financial and operational models to support decision‑making.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Act as a connective tissue between teams, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
    • Support product and operational launches in new markets.
    • Work closely with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and performance tracking.
    • Partner with Operations and Product to ensure scalable, compliant and customer‑centric solutions.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Strategy, Consulting, Corporate Development or Operations role.
  • Experience in Fintech, Financial Services, Payments or a regulated environment is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to regulatory programmes (MiFID, EMI, PSD2, or similar) is a strong advantage but not essential.
  • Experience working in fast‑growth, scaling businesses or top‑tier consulting environments.

Education
