    • Own the CRM and sales technology stack, ensuring it supports scalable commercial growth.
    • Drive CRM optimisation, data quality, reporting structures and automation across the commercial organisation.
    • Evaluate and implement tools that improve pipeline visibility, workflow automation and sales productivity.
    • Ensure leadership has accurate, real‑time insight into revenue performance and pipeline health.
  • Commercial Planning & Growth Initiatives
    • Partner with Finance and leadership on sales forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning.
    • Support revenue modelling, market expansion initiatives and new product launches.
    • Help design scalable commercial operating models as the company expands into new markets.
    • Support leadership with board‑level reporting, business planning and strategic commercial initiatives.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Operations.
    • Ensure alignment across the full revenue funnel — from lead generation through to closed revenue and reporting.
    • Support international market expansion by building the processes and reporting needed to scale commercial activity globally.
    • Embed a data‑driven culture within the commercial organisation.

Candidate Profile

  • 2–4+ years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or Strategy role.
