We are a high-growth, global Fintech group of companies with a strong financial position and ambitious plans to 3–4x the size of the business over the coming years. As we scale internationally and continue to professionalise our commercial organisation, we are creating a new Sales Operations Manager role to work closely with our Group COO and senior commercial leadership team. This is a high-impact, high-exposure position designed for a commercially minded, analytically strong individual with a background in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial Strategy who is ready to take the next step in their career.
The role will sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product & Operations, and will play a key role in building the operational engine behind our revenue growth. A core focus of the role will be building the systems, processes, and insights that enable our commercial teams to operate efficiently and scale globally — from pipeline visibility and forecasting to CRM optimisation and commercial performance analytics.
Building the Revenue Operations Engine- Design and implement scalable sales and revenue operations processes that support a rapidly growing commercial organisation.
- Create clear frameworks for lead management, pipeline progression, forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Identify operational bottlenecks in the commercial funnel and implement solutions that improve conversion, efficiency and sales productivity.
- Ensure the commercial organisation is operating with clear processes, consistent data, and strong operational discipline.
- Own sales reporting, performance dashboards and revenue analytics across the Group.
- Provide insight into pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity and sales productivity.
- Partner with Sales leadership on forecasting, target-setting and pipeline reviews.
- Use data to identify performance trends and recommend improvements to drive revenue growth.
- Own the CRM and sales technology stack, ensuring it supports scalable commercial growth.
- Drive CRM optimisation, data quality, reporting structures and automation across the commercial organisation.
- Evaluate and implement tools that improve pipeline visibility, workflow automation and sales productivity.
- Ensure leadership has accurate, real-time insight into revenue performance and pipeline health.
- Partner with Finance and leadership on sales forecasting, budgeting and commercial planning.
- Help design scalable commercial operating models as the company expands into new markets.
- Support leadership with board-level reporting, business planning and strategic commercial initiatives.
- Act as the operational bridge between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product and Operations.
- Support international market expansion by building the processes and reporting needed to scale commercial activity globally.
- Embed a data-driven culture within the commercial organisation.
2–4+ years’ experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations or Strategy role. Experience in high-growth SaaS, Fintech, Payments or Technology companies is highly desirable. Strong experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and commercial analytics tools. Experience supporting scaling sales teams and building operational frameworks for growth. Background in consulting, business analytics or commercial strategy is a plus.
Strong academic background (Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s, MBA or equivalent a plus). Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline preferred. Highly analytical with strong commercial instincts and problem-solving skills. Deep understanding of sales funnels, pipeline dynamics and revenue performance metrics. Strong experience building sales reporting, dashboards and forecasting models. Systems-oriented and comfortable managing CRM infrastructure and sales technology stacks. Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable commercial insight. Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to and influencing senior leadership. Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building things from first principles.
