    • Manage client queries, concerns and complaints professionally and in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximise client value and trading income.

    • Consistently achieve personal and team revenue targets and KPIs in a fast-paced, multichannel trading environment.
    • Seek opportunities for additional income through repeat transactions, client referrals, partner referrals and third-party income streams.
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure full adherence to company procedures, with particular focus on KYC and AML requirements at all times.
    • Maintain accurate and complete CRM records, including all client contact, follow-up calls and inbound and outbound correspondence.
    • Identify and report any suspicious transactions in line with Anti-Money Laundering procedures and regulatory obligations.
    • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring relevant legislation and regulatory obligations are met across all activities.
    • Provide clear direction and support to junior team members, contributing to a high-performance trading culture.
    • Plan effectively and monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
    • Take initiative and make quick, clear decisions — including tough calls and considered risks — in a fast-moving market environment.
    • Foster strong working relationships across Sales, Compliance, Operations and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Demonstrable track record of hitting revenue targets in a private client or institutional trading environment. Experience working in a regulated, multichannel environment with working knowledge of KYC, AML and relevant FCA/regulatory obligations. Experience in fast-growth, scaling businesses or high-performance trading environments is highly desirable. Strong academic background; strong commercial instincts with excellent influencing, negotiating and decision-making skills.

Join a financially strong, privately owned business with no debt, long-term ambition and a clear growth trajectory. Significant scope for career progression into senior and leadership positions as the Group continues to scale. A role that combines trading expertise, client impact and real commercial ownership.
