Lifetime Legal is seeking a proactive and strategic CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Executive to drive our B2C marketing efforts. In this role, you will focus on promoting Member Benefits and increasing membership subscriptions. Your expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing will help enhance customer retention, reduce churn, and improve engagement through targeted, data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Consumer Insights & Strategy
- Analyse data on current and subscribing members to identify key behaviours, interests, and patterns.
- Use insights to develop targeted messaging and retention strategies for different customer segments.
- Continuously refine marketing strategies to enhance awareness, engagement, and loyalty.
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan, segment, test, and launch CRM campaigns with timely, personalised communication to maximise engagement.
- Implement lifecycle marketing strategies, including onboarding, renewals, and win-back initiatives.
- Optimise subscription email flows to increase customer lifetime value, reduce churn, and drive upsells.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging effectiveness.
- Content & Brand Awareness
- Work closely with the Marketing team to create engaging content across multiple channels, reinforcing brand messaging and highlighting member benefits.
- Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging across all marketing tasks.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics (e.g., churn rate, engagement, reactivation) to inform and improve future strategies.
- General Marketing Support (Desirable)
- Manage social media accounts, update the CMS website, and create marketing assets as needed.
