We are looking for a Junior FP&A Analyst to help drive data-driven decision making across the business. This exciting opportunity requires a team player who can work with a wide range of stakeholders to coordinate, manage and analyse financial and non-financial data. You will be comfortable handling detailed data, generating insights to drive decisions and supporting the business through rapid change.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Report to the FP&A Manager
- Manage and own deliverables for monthly and quarterly board reporting, driving insights on Group performance
- Responsible for the production and maintenance of monthly commission calculations and rep performance
- Contributing to business partnering across HR, Software and Corporate functions, with a view to lead relationships over time
- Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting workstreams
- Own, improve and enhance internal PBI data models and support the global data strategy
- Support the FP&A team in ad hoc strategic analysis
What we're looking for:
Must have skills/experience:
- Part-qualified or newly qualified with 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good to expert level Excel (financial modelling experience a plus)
- Ability to produce detailed analysis and effectively communicate findings/insights to leadership
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Understanding of SaaS businesses and drivers for growth
- Curiosity to understand the "why" and "bigger picture" in the context of a private equity backed SaaS business
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to propose solutions where you may not have all the information
- Able to prioritise and manage conflicting demands as we scale through our next period of growth
- Previous experience in fast paced SaaS/Tech environment
- Experience of SalesForce CRM or other enterprise CRM
- Experience building data models and publishing reports in Power BI
- Working knowledge of Netsuite and/or Onestream (or similar reporting platform)
- Working knowledge of Power Query, DAX and Dynamic Formulas
- Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
