Responsible for excellent delivery quality of training materials for all audience groups including customers, partners and employees, ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing all aspects of training administration including courseware uploads, updates, notifications and course assignments to end users.

The responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop eLearning training courses
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes
- Participate in designing and building new course materials for Smart Communications product releases and enhancements
- Participate in developing quality training documentation including handouts, manuals and exercises
- Work effectively with other senior business leaders in the execution of new business strategies as they relate to the delivery of Smart Communications training services
- Attain complete mastery over the Smart Communications Product implementation process and all related services
What we’re looking for:
Must have skills/experience:
- 0 - 2 years IT training experience both in eLearning & Instructor Led Training
- Class facilitation experience to understand how to deliver training content
- 0 - 2 years experience of design, build and implementation of eLearning and Instructor Led Training programmes
- 0 - 2 years of experience to work with ILT/eLearning development training tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia and LMS systems (i.e. Litmos)
- Experience in Voiceover recordings for eLearning modules
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interface with other parts of the business
