We are seeking a driven and self‑motivated Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our growing team. You will drive the company’s growth plans forward using your expertise in talent acquisition, working across all business functions and regions globally. Proven experience managing the recruitment process and establishing a high‑quality talent pipeline is essential to be successful in this role, with expertise within a SaaS environment being highly desirable. You will work across the global business, partnering with hiring managers to lead talent acquisition activities whilst also contributing to the wider talent acquisition strategy, initiatives and projects, and influencing business stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the overall team recruitment strategy and manage all recruitment activity for the full recruitment lifecycle, relationships with managers, candidates, selected job boards and preferred agencies partnering with the wider HR team and internal stakeholders.
- Work with hiring managers to understand the business need, develop role specifications, carry out intake calls and lead the recruitment processes in line with best practice, with a focus on candidate experience.
- Build a talent pipeline through the use of LinkedIn, job boards and specialist agencies where required, initiate campaigns focused on high‑quality candidates in line with the company’s values and role requirements.
- Manage the company’s PSL framework and negotiate associated terms of business ensuring compliance with internal processes.
- Lead recruitment updates for your roles weekly with the wider recruitment and HR team providing insights on candidates, pipeline, source methods, challenges and proposed strategic changes for each role.
- Manage candidate communications, coordinating interviews and manager schedules and ensure efficiency within every aspect of the recruitment process.
- Manage systems and processes accurately for the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver monthly data and analytics.
- Negotiate and manage the offer process and ensure a positive candidate experience through the candidate lifecycle to onboarding.
- Initiate and enhance the recruitment experience, be an advocate for the business, its strategy, vision and values, and align with engaging and attracting the best candidates.
Qualifications:
- A proven track record of talent acquisition in software or technology, validated through metrics of previous successes.
- Experience in establishing and managing candidate pipeline, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, owning and creating recruitment campaigns.
- Analytical experience, comfortable driving and analysing data to support decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence across all levels.
- High levels of personal energy, initiative, motivation, drive to succeed, team‑spirit.
- Strong technology skills to support the hiring process; Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Microsoft Office packages (esp. Excel).
- Detail‑oriented problem solver with a burning desire to generate new solutions to the recruitment challenge, with the ability to develop and improve talent acquisition processes.
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels and adapt quickly.
- This is a global role and although overseas travel is not required, the successful candidate will be expected to adapt to coordinate with business functions globally as and when required.
- Previous experience advising and supporting business stakeholders on the recruitment process and effective hiring and selection methods.
- Ability to manage operational short‑term demands with a need to deliver longer‑term projects, demonstrated project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities successfully.
- Excellent organisational skills and a methodical and efficient approach is critical for this role, adaptable to change and a team player.
Benefits:
- Salary will depend on experience and will be highly competitive, with an annual bonus based on the company’s performance.

- Fully remote work with some travel to offices in London, Covent Garden required.
