Summary

We are looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our growing team. Based in London, you will be responsible for administrative functions to support the Sales team whilst ensuring the highest standard of data entry accuracy.

The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Report to Sales Operations Manager
  • Support Sales, Finance and Legal in processing and closing Opportunities
  • Process Bookings quickly and efficiently within Salesforce in liaison with the Sales and Legal teams
  • Coordinate any changes requested and make sure all appropriate Approvals have been received
  • Ensure SLA\’s are achieved in order to guarantee accuracy and meet timeframes
  • Work with Sales Operations & Commercial Operations team to continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in an administrative role within global sales or customer service
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise
  • Process orientated
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience of SalesForce CRM or other enterprise CRM
  • Previous experience in fast paced SaaS/Tech environment (desirable)
