We are currently seeking a Business Development Representative to work within our EMEAN Business Development Team. Reporting to our Head of Demand Generation EMEAN, you will collaborate closely with our sales team in the EMEAN region to execute successful campaigns and lead generation delivery.
You should be a driven, high-energy individual who can identify, create and qualify sales opportunities through a mix of outbound, strategic and targeted account prospecting. You will need to develop a solid understanding of our products and be able to articulate our value proposition to customers to develop a pipeline of qualified leads and appointments for our EMEAN sales team. You will also be responsible for maintaining and managing the lead and contact records in Salesforce to ensure that all qualified information is available and up to date.

Who are you?
- You have worked before as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.
- You have a proven track record of achieving qualified meeting targets.
- You have excellent tele-prospecting and qualification skills and can build long-term relationships with prospects.
- You have extensive experience in outbound sales lead development targeting Executive contacts in large enterprises. Software and SaaS background will be a plus.
- You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- You have a can-do attitude, you are proactive, highly energetic and a self-starter.
- You can work in a fast-paced environment across multiple marketing campaigns.
- You are proficient with Salesforce and know about CRM technology.
- You have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).

The responsibilities of the role include:
- Timely follow-up and accurate qualification of inbound inquiries and marketing campaign leads.
- Create strategic campaigns with Salesloft cadences, collaborating with sales representatives on key target accounts.
- Strategic outbound calling into new and existing accounts.
- Maintaining and leveraging the database of prospects to effectively identify new targets for sales and marketing.
- Ability to gather key information and insight into target organisations.
- Identifying decision makers and DMUs amongst the targeted leads and accounts to start the sales process.
- Building relationships with decision makers in target accounts.
- Strong focus on customer experience ensuring a smooth transition to the field sales team.
- Capturing of accurate and complete information in SFDC.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent tele-prospecting and qualification skills.
- You know how to effectively use MarTech tools (e.g. Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Navigator, Cognism).
- Highly proficient with Salesforce.
- Experience in outbound sales lead development, targeting executives within large enterprises. Financial Services and Insurance experience is a plus.
- Experience of selling complex, enterprise software solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly energetic and self-starter.
- Highly proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
