The responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop eLearning training courses
- Develop Instructor Led Training courses
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training and course outcomes
- Participate in designing and building new course materials for Smart Communications product releases and enhancements
- Participate in developing quality training documentation including handouts, manuals and exercises
- Work effectively with other senior business leaders in the execution of new business strategies as they relate to the delivery of Smart Communications training services
- Attain complete mastery over the Smart Communications Product implementation process and all related services
What we’re looking for:
- 0 – 2 years IT training experience both in eLearning & Instructor Led Training Class facilitation experience to understand on how to deliver training content
- 0 – 2 years experience of design, build and implementation of eLearning and Instructor Led Training programmes
- 0 – 2 years of experience to work with ILT/eLearning development training tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia and LMS systems (i.e. Litmos)
- Experience in Voiceover recordings for eLearning modules
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interface with other parts of the business
