Summary
Responsible for delivering high-quality training materials for all audience groups including customers, partners, and employees, ensuring customer satisfaction. Managing all aspects of training administration including courseware uploads, updates, notifications, and course assignments to end users.

Responsibilities of the role include:
- Develop eLearning training courses
- Develop Instructor Led Training courses
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and course outcomes
- Design and build new course materials for product releases and enhancements
- Create quality training documentation including handouts, manuals, and exercises
- Collaborate with senior business leaders on training service delivery strategies
- Master the Smart Communications Product implementation process and related services
What we’re looking for:
- 0-2 years IT training experience in eLearning and Instructor Led Training facilitation
- Experience in designing, building, and implementing eLearning and ILT programs
- Proficiency with training tools like Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, and LMS systems such as Litmos
- Experience with voiceover recordings for eLearning modules
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to interface with different parts of the business
