We are looking for an experienced data engineer to maintain, improve and develop our ETL pipelines.
As a Data Engineer, you will be working within the business, collaborating with partner teams on data consolidation and reporting initiatives enabling the business to make data driven decisions. This is a new role and a fantastic opportunity for someone to make their mark by driving and enabling our data vision.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data infrastructure, including warehouses, lakes, databases, and ETL pipelines.
- Build scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data while ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Implement data quality controls and validation processes.
- Monitor and analyze data trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Clearly communicate complex technical scenarios to various stakeholders.
- Document data processes flows and system configurations for effective communication.
What we’re looking for:
Must have skills/experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in a Data & Analytics related discipline
- Knowledge of data structures and data architecture
- Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing
- Knowledge of SQL and Python
- Experience in writing technical documentation
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest technologies in the field of data engineering
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Advantageous skills/experience:
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, including development, implementation, and optimization in large-scale environments.
- Experience with AWS.
- Experience with SQL server SSIS packages.
- Experience with reporting tools AWS QuickSight, PowerBI.
