As a Business Development Director, you will be a key driver of our commercial success. Your mission will be to expand our market share by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities.
What Youâll Be Doing:
- Building and growing relationships with employee benefit consultants and other key intermediaries
- Identifying and converting new DC pension opportunities with employers
- Representing our brand at industry events, networking meetings, and pitches
- Working closely with our brilliant marketing, product, and customer teams to shape compelling, member-first propositions
