We’re looking for someone to join our design team and help drive the ongoing evolution of our clients' digital products and services. We value great attitudes, creative thinking and a user-centric approach to problem solving. This is a role for an early career designer with 1-2 years experience, developing an innovative fintech product across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support UX/UI design for key features, ensuring alignment with user needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and refine user journeys.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or similar design software.
  • Maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met in the designs.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The skills, experience, and aptitudes we are looking for are listed below but please don’t be discouraged from applying if you don’t meet every single one of these criteria – having a ‘can do’ attitude is sometimes more important than being able to tick every box:

  • 1-2 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in fintech or a related industry.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design process, decision-making, and final deliverables.
  • Familiarity with Figma or other UX/UI design tools.
  • Understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with designers, product owners, and engineers.
  • Experience in fintech, pensions, or financial services is preferred but not essential.
  • Interest in new developments in design software and methodologies.
  • Understanding of UX challenges related to financial regulation and compliance is preferred but not essential.
