As a Change Delivery Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the scope, planning, delivery and communication of Smart Pension Master Trust change. This includes:
- Leading SPMT local initiatives
- Delivering of SPMT product change projects, working across business entities
- Representing and leading the operational workstream within broader business initiatives.
Collaboration across business functions and with third parties is key to ensure that the project transitions seamlessly into âbusiness as usualâ supporting service excellence and ease in ongoing management.
Responsibilities:
- Sets direction for and oversees all elements of operational project delivery with a track against the business case for change.
- Owns operational projects and change initiatives, with management of scope and risk in alignment to the reason for change and in the context of the UK strategy and good member outcomes.
- Represents Operations and owns the operational workstream to give direction and manage business readiness for broader propositional, compliance and or technology change.
- Contributes to delivery of UAT, procedural changes and instruction to third parties as required.
- Develops project stakeholder relationships, including third parties to ensure consideration of operational requirements and deliverables.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and third parties as appropriate to support seamless transition into normal operating practice.
- Sets standard for and coordinates resources to ensure business readiness criteria are baselined within the project and achieved in approving âgo liveâ.
- Provides regular updates on project status with early warning on emerging issues.
- Utilises Smartâs communication structure to share delivery information and success with wider business.
- Resolve issues using commercial and business awareness.
- Support and manage requests for change of requirement, keeping key stakeholders informed.
- Uses general knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements.
