This is an FTTP Installation Engineer position, and you will be provided full training working for MGroup Telecoms. The role comes with a van, tools, and fuel card. Payment in training is £109.89 per day (up to 45 mins travel) or if you are staying in a hotel. Travel over 45 mins from the training centre but no hotel is £30 extra. We start to take this retention from when you start doing your installs and it’s taken each week (the amount varies based on jobs completed). Once you hit £500, no more retention is taken; any speeding or parking fines, or damage to customer property, van or tools missing would then be taken out of this retention pot and the remaining amount would be returned to you 28 days after leaving and handing the van and tools back.
