Smart City Recruiters working with our client who are now looking for a Demolition Project Manager to join their Head Office team in Birmingham. Responsibilities: Plan and manage demolition projects from start to finish, including budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting. Manage our clients operatives / subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting project requirements and deadlines. Ensure that all safety regulations and standards are followed during the demolition process. Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets. Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that project goals and objectives are being met. Prepare and submit progress reports and other project documentation. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and budgets. Oversee the preparation of project sites and ensure that all equipment and materials are in place. Manage the disposal of debris and hazardous materials in compliance with waste regulations. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in demolition project management.
