The role is primarily field-based and requires regular travel across London and other regions within the UK to visit healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and strategic partners. Occasional attendance at the London office is expected for meetings and collaboration.

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help grow our healthcare network and expand referral partnerships within the women’s health ecosystem. This role will focus on building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including Obstetricians & Gynecologists (ObGyns), midwives, hospitals, clinics, and fertility centres, while also identifying and developing new strategic partnerships to increase awareness, generate leads, and convert opportunities into bookings. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in healthcare business development, medical sales, or partnership management, preferably within obstetrics, women’s health, fertility, or maternity care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Healthcare Professional Engagement
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with ObGyns, midwives, hospitals, clinics, fertility centres, and other healthcare professionals.
    • Conduct regular in-person visits to healthcare providers across London and other UK regions.
    • Present and promote the company’s services and partnership opportunities to healthcare stakeholders.
    • Support HCPs with referral pathways, onboarding, and partnership engagement.
    • Attend healthcare conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
  • Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
    • Identify and establish new partnership opportunities with clinics, hospitals, maternity services, healthcare groups, and wellness providers.
    • Develop outreach strategies to increase referrals, awareness, and market presence.
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
    • Explore opportunities for regional growth and new collaboration channels.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion
    • Generate qualified leads through outreach, networking, and partnership activities.
    • Work closely with internal teams to convert leads into patient/client bookings.
    • Track referral activity, conversion metrics, and partnership performance.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
  • Market & Commercial Growth
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within women’s health and healthcare services.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on growth opportunities.
    • Support initiatives to improve brand visibility and partner engagement.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • 2–5+ years in business development, healthcare partnerships, medical sales, or account management within the healthcare sector.
    • Strong existing network and established relationships with ObGyns, midwives, hospitals, clinics, fertility centres, and healthcare providers is essential.
    • Demonstrated track record of generating referrals, building partnerships, and driving commercial growth.
    • Experience within obstetrics, women’s health, fertility, maternity care, or private healthcare is highly preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and proactively manage a territory and partnership pipeline.
