RMA Junior Technician & Warehouse Support
We are looking for a reliable and organised RMA Technician to support our returns process and assist with day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
This is an entry‑level role, ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, hands‑on, and keen to develop experience across both admin and logistics.
This role plays a key part in ensuring returned products are processed efficiently while supporting general warehouse activities to keep operations running smoothly.

- Main Responsibilities
- RMA / Admin Duties
- Process customer returns (RMA requests) accurately and in a timely manner
- Log returned items into internal systems and maintain accurate records
- Communicate with internal teams regarding return statuses and updates
- Check returned goods against documentation (e. g. serial numbers, condition)
- Support basic reporting on returns volumes and trends
- Assist with customer queries related to returns where required
- Warehouse Support
- Receive and unpack returned goods
- Assist with stock handling, organisation and storage
- Help prepare items for dispatch or refurbishment
- Support stock counts and general inventory tasks
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
Skills and Experience
