The RevOps Architect / Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising our business operations infrastructure. This role involves creating a scalable operational ecosystem by integrating Microsoft 365, HubSpot CRM, and other core business systems to support our sales, marketing, customer service, administration, and IT functions.

The consultant will develop a streamlined operational framework, oversee data migration from existing platforms, establish automated workflows, define reporting and CRM structures, and implement best practices for security, user permissions, and collaboration. Working closely with business stakeholders, they will ensure all systems are aligned to support future growth while improving efficiency, customer management, and internal processes.

Key responsibilities include:

Our initial budget is £350–£500 payment although this is negotiable depending on the scope of work and the level of expertise required. We will cover the cost of the infrastructure and platform cost. We expect this to be a one-off implementation project, with the option of short-term technical support during and after the system goes live to ensure a smooth transition.
