Senior Quantity Surevyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: North Finchley, London, England We are seeking an Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major tunneling project in their London office on a permanent basis. Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and have worked on a large scale projects across the UK. Responsibilities: Manging the delivery of a number of structure packages across the framework at varying stages. Supporting junior staff with identifying and managing risks within the contract. Produce client and internal forecasts. Build strong relationships with internal suppliers and clients. Requirements: Extensive experience working as an Project Quantity Surveyor or higher. Previously worked for Tier 1/2 Contractors. Experience with NEC3/4 contracts. Holds relevant HND in subjects including building/ construction, urban, civil and land studies. Experience within Tunneling is adventurous. Package – All in and flexible depending on Experience!
