Location: London, England
We are seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our client's Drainage and Earthworks team on the CP7 framework in their London office on a permanent basis. Our client is an industry leader within the Civil Engineering space and has worked on large scale projects across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor in managing all contractual and commercial needs across a number of concurrent schemes at different stages.
- Managing and identifying opportunities and risks within the contract.
- Meeting and collaborating with suppliers, subcontractors, and the project team for smooth project delivery.
Requirements:
- Experience working as either an intermediate Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
- Holds relevant HND in subjects including building/construction, urban, civil and land studies.
- Experience in Civils/Rail is advantageous.
- Confident communicator and problem solver, able to work with diverse teams and contractors.
