Salary: Β£65,000-Β£80,000
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of construction activities on a major data centre project. The role will focus on safety, programme, quality, subcontractor management and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors and construction activities.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification.
Coordinate multiple trades and manage construction interfaces.
Monitor progress and drive programme performance.
Manage site logistics, sequencing and short-term planning.
Ensure RAMS, permits, inspections and quality documentation are maintained.
Identify and resolve technical, programme and site issues.
Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, commercial teams and client representatives.
Support testing, commissioning and final handover.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on major construction projects.
Data centre, mission-critical, infrastructure or complex MEP experience highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of health & safety, quality and construction management.
Experience managing multiple subcontractors and work packages.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. xgikmsk
