We're supporting a major UK nuclear infrastructure programme and are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to support commercial delivery across complex, high‑value projects. You'll work directly with client teams, shaping commercial strategy, overseeing major contracts and ensuring strong governance across the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Commercial Manager with commercial strategy across multi‑workstream programmes.
- Oversee procurement, contract management (NEC3/4), change control and cost management.
- Provide expert commercial guidance to client teams and senior stakeholders.
- Manage supplier performance, risk mitigation and final accounts.
- Support business cases, estimating and value management.
About You
- Strong background in major infrastructure (nuclear, defence, water, Civils etc.).
- Expert knowledge of NEC3/4 and commercial governance.
- Excellent stakeholder and supply chain management skills.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring others.
- Relevant qualification (QS, Commercial Management, Construction Law).
- Chartership desirable (or working towards).
- Experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor, ready to make the jump (Desired).
