My client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial aspects of a major Highways maintenance project in Guildford, Surrey. The role will involve overseeing cost control, procurement, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Experience with NEC contracts is essential, and familiarity with delay analysis and loss/expense claims is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
