We're supporting a major UK nuclear infrastructure programme and are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to support commercial delivery across complex, high-value projects. You'll work directly with client teams, shaping commercial strategy, overseeing major contracts and ensuring strong governance across the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Commercial Manager with commercial strategy across multi-workstream programmes.
- Oversee procurement, contract management (NEC3/4), change control and cost management.
- Provide expert commercial guidance to client teams and senior stakeholders.
- Manage supplier performance, risk mitigation and final accounts.
- Support business cases, estimating and value management.
About You
- Strong background in major infrastructure (nuclear, defence, water, Civils etc.).
- Expert knowledge of NEC3/4 and commercial governance.
- Excellent stakeholder and supply chain management skills.
- Experience leading teams and mentoring others.
- Relevant qualification (QS, Commercial Management, Construction Law).
- Chartership desirable (or working towards).
- Experience as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor, ready to make the jump (Desired).
