Smart4EPC is recruiting an experienced General Foreman to lead on major concrete and structures works across delivery in Brackley and Aylesbury. You will manage site operations, coordinate teams, and ensure delivery of high-quality work across a Tier 1 delivery programme.

About You
- Proven experience as a Foreman/General Foreman on major infrastructure or civils projects

- CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
HS2 experience is desirable but not essential; we are looking for someone with the right infrastructure credentials and site management experience.
