We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team working on a major project in Birmingham on a permanent basis. Our client is an industry leader within the civil engineering space and is working on a number of large-scale projects across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial processes and mentor junior team members
- Liaise with project and commercial managers
- Manage subcontractor procurement and tender evaluations
- Protect commercial interests through strong contractual knowledge
- Support client relationships and project delivery
Requirements:
- BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
- Membership of RICS, ICES, or CIOB
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial acumen
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure or civil engineering projects
