Our client, a leading global consultancy, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major water treatment project. This role offers the chance to develop your career in infrastructure while contributing to sustainable solutions that benefit communities across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Support administration of NEC3/4 ECC contracts.
- Assist with budget control, valuations, and forecasting.
- Contribute to feasibility studies, tender documentation, and risk assessments.
- Help manage construction contracts, variations, and claims.
- Provide commercial input into bids and proposals.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and support project evaluations.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
- Progress toward RICS membership (APC pathway encouraged).
- Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
- Experience in water, environment, or related infrastructure sectors.
- Valid CSCS card; Water Hygiene Card desirable.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on-site a minimum of 3 days per week.
