Change Manager Birmingham Β£70,000 β Β£80,000 Per Annum + Package Hybrid Work We\βre looking for an experienced Change Manager to join our clients Main Civils Team on a major infrastructure project in the West Midlands. You\βll play a key role in managing change control processes for ensuring scope, cost, and programme integrity across main contracts and subcontracts. Responsibilities: * Implement and maintain robust change control procedures. * Manage scope changes to deliver within budget and programme. * Conduct cost and programme benefit analysis for value assurance. * Ensure recovery of cost and time impacts for all client changes. * Issue and respond to notices and formal contract communications promptly. * Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure effective communication. Requirements: * Degree in Quantity Surveying (BSc/MSc) or equivalent experience. * Membership of RICS, ICE, or CIOB. * Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts. * Highly organised with excellent written communication skills. * Proficient in Excel, databases, and web-based software. * Cooprative relationship builder with attention to detail.
