We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Trade Counter Operative to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:- Providing highest levels of customer service and support
- Proactive sales techniques
- Participating within highly experienced professional team dedicated to maximising customer satisfaction through ongoing business development and top class service
- Playing pivotal role supporting companies stock management program
- Being highly instrumental in maintaining the branch health and safety controls & best practices to ensure the safety of all customers and your colleagues
- Stock management
- Warehouse duties – supporting the warehouse team
- Health and safety compliance
- Your customer targets will comprise of existing customers, lapsed buyers and totally new prospects
- You will be required to understand impact of product mix to secure the very best gross profit result for branch
- Required to manage the stock replenishment for the branch on certain product lines
- Receipting and booking in stock
- Highly adaptable member of the team
- Participate in stocktakes at all times
