About the Role:
Join a leading provider of probate services who are seeking a well-organized and detail-oriented Probate Administrator to join their team. This role involves supporting the administration of estates following a bereavement, ensuring all legal, financial, and administrative aspects are handled efficiently and sensitively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end administration of estates, ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural requirements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, beneficiaries, and external professionals.
- Prepare and submit probate applications and supporting documentation to the Probate Registry.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and case files throughout the administration process.
- Support the orderly and timely distribution of estate assets to beneficiaries.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate grammar and spelling.
