Our client is looking for a hands-on, proactive and detail-driven Operations Assistant to join their team for the Summer!
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee goods in/out – receive, check and rotate stock appropriately
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately to deadline
- Support cleaning, testing, and re-stocking of frozen cocktail machines
- Provide workshop assistance including basic machine maintenance
- Keep production supplied with packaging and ingredients
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency and organisation
- Monitor warehouse process improvement and upkeep standards
Skills required:
- Excellent planning and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and collaboration across departments
- Organised and proactive with a high attention to detail
- Confident handling goods in/out and managing stock rotation
