Are you a driven and dynamic sales professional with a passion for hospitality and business growth? Our client is looking for an experienced Sales professional to join their team and lead the charge in building strong client relationships, securing new business, and boosting revenue. You'll play a key role in driving B2B sales, identifying new revenue opportunities, and building lasting partnerships with corporate clients. This is a hands-on, proactive sales role focused on both new business development and relationship management.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with corporate clients and key accounts
- Proactively generating new business through outbound sales activity and local market engagement
- Managing your sales pipeline using CRM systems and maintaining accurate client data
- Collaborating on the hotels' annual sales plans, budgets, and strategies
- Conducting site visits, client appointments, and attending networking events
- Monitoring the market and competitor activity to stay ahead of trends
- Driving cross-selling opportunities
- Supporting weekly and monthly business reviews with sales insights and updates
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or events
- A strong track record of outbound sales and securing new business
- Confident communicator and relationship builder with excellent presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven with a passion for results
- Full UK driving license (travel required to meetings and events)
