Prestigious Interior Design organisation seeks an enthusiastic Administrator to join their busy team. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and working closely with the Senior Project Manager, the role of Administrator involves overseeing daily operations, delivering efficient administrative support and maintaining friendly and professional communication with key suppliers, prospective clients, and colleagues. The role will also oversee the coordination of product deliveries to meet strict deadlines and active participation in weekly stylist and operations meetings. Successful candidates would ideally possess previous experience of creating RAMS, raising purchase orders, be highly organised, a team player and have excellent attention to detail. Offered as a permanent contract with an attractive working environment, the role of Administrator is available for immediate start.
Duties of Administrator:
- Attending weekly operations and stylist meetings
- Upload Stylist orders and invoices
- Arrange the delivery of lights and wallpaper to ensure they arrive by the specified deadlines
- Compile quotes in Simpro (service management) software
- Create site-specific RAMs and distribute them to the relevant individuals
- Obtain site manager details from the Account Managers
- Pursue outstanding orders to ensure timely fulfilment
- Place orders for designer reselections ahead of installation
- Send lighting schedules and decorating schedules to the site manager
- Collaborate with the Head of Logistics to pass on pertinent information to the stylist or other relevant parties regarding the installation
- Address any remedial work required post-installation to ensure completion
- Exchange knowledge and insights to enhance processes and procedures
- Provide assistance to colleagues with their tasks as needed, fostering teamwork and efficiency
Skills/attributes required by Administrator:
- Previous experience within a similar Administrator role – desirable
- Accurate data entry ability
- Highly organised
- Previous experience in developing relationships with key suppliers
- Good communication (verbal and written)
- Numerate
- IT proficient
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm (35 hours per week)
Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 – dependent upon experience
Benefits: Pension
