We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Programs Coordinator to support demand generation and regional marketing programs across EMEA and APAC. This role plays a critical part in driving pipeline growth. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, you'll support campaign execution, lead management, and performance tracking to ensure prospects receive a seamless experience from first touch through to opportunity creation. You'll play a key role in ensuring marketing-generated leads are routed efficiently, followed up promptly, and accurately tracked throughout the funnel, maximizing the impact of marketing investment and contributing directly to business growth. How will you contribute?
- Lead Management & Sales Alignment:
- Monitor and manage marketing-qualified lead (MQL) workflows across EMEA and APAC.
- Ensure all MQLs are routed appropriately and followed up within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Partner closely with regional sales teams to track lead progression and disposition.
- Support lead nurture and follow-up processes to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion performance.
- Maintain visibility into lead status and escalate follow-up gaps when necessary.
- CRM & Marketing Operations:
- Maintain CRM data quality and hygiene, ensuring accurate lead and contact records.
- Support lead routing, campaign attribution, and pipeline administration processes.
- Assist with reporting on campaign performance, intent data analysis, lead conversion metrics, and pipeline contribution.
- Support ongoing process improvements across marketing operations and sales handoffs.
- Campaign Support:
- Support execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels.
- Assist with email marketing, audience segmentation, campaign deployment, and performance tracking.
- Coordinate campaign assets and timelines with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Help ensure campaign execution aligns with regional growth objectives.
- Coordinate and support execution of the regional webinar program.
- Support Senior Marketing Manager with strategic events, driving attendee engagement and maximizing follow-up opportunities.
What will you bring?
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related role.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce as well as marketing platforms such as HubSpot, 6Sense, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Highly analytical with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with regional or international B2B demand gen programs.
- Exposure to SaaS, technology, compliance, cybersecurity, or enterprise software markets.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and best practices for leveraging AI across marketing process, technology and analytics.
