Summary: We aren’t just another startup; we are the backbone of the financial world, counting the majority of the world’s largest banks as our customers. We have the stability of an industry leader, but we’re currently in hyper‑growth mode with a mission to double our business in the next few years. We’re doing this by infusing our platform with next‑gen AI intelligence to revolutionize data management. This is your chance to get your foot in the door at a scaling tech firm where the stability is high, but the growth ceiling is nonexistent. In this role, you will report directly to our Head of Global Compensation, ensuring your work has a straight line to our global strategy and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- AI‑Powered Productivity: We don’t just want you using AI to write better emails. We want a lead who uses AI to challenge the status quo. You’ll leverage AI tools to identify process improvements, automate tedious data cleaning, and find productivity gains that turn a week‑long audit into a one‑hour win.
- The Growth Architect: As we double our business, you’ll ensure our job architecture and pay scales are robust enough to handle a massive global expansion.
- The Radford Whisperer: You’ll own the Radford cycle end‑to‑end. You aren’t just submitting numbers; you’re the architect of our market positioning.
- Market Trendsetter: Perform deep‑dive benchmarking to ensure we’re winning the talent war for the best AI, engineering, and GTM minds in the industry.
- Cycle Conductor: Lead the annual merit, bonus, and equity dance, partnering with Finance to ensure our budget supports our aggressive growth goals.

Why You’ll Love It Here:
- Best of Both Worlds: Enjoy the thrill and equity upside of a tech growth story with the rock‑solid security of a company the global banking system relies on.
- Innovate the Function: This is your playground to use technology and AI to drive massive productivity gains and move the needle for the entire HR organization.
Who You Are:
- A Tech‑Savvy Analyst: You’ve spent 5+ years in the comp world, ideally in high‑growth tech.
- AI Enthusiast: You are proactive about using AI (like Gemini, ChatGPT, or specialized data tools) to find efficiencies, analyze huge datasets, and streamline repetitive tasks.
- A Radford Pro: You could submit a Radford survey in your sleep (but we’d prefer you do it awake).
- An Excel Wizard: You think in XLOOKUPs, Index/Match, and Pivot Tables. If a dataset is messy, you find it "professionally satisfying" to clean it.
- A Clear Communicator: You can explain "comp logic" to a non‑comp person without making their head spin.
- Comfortable in the "Grey": We’re growing, which means things change. You thrive in ambiguity and love the challenge of building the plane while it’s in the air.
