Main Job Responsibilities- Maximising Sales Performance across all brands by securing the best trading position for our department in each store, and ensuring stores have optimum visits per week.
- Providing Support to the Area Manager, working effectively to achieve optimum efficiency and contributing by providing feedback on trade to the Area Manager.
- Responsible for merchandising a number of stores whilst managing own time as required.
- Effective communication with the area manager, confirming memos are read and appropriate action has been taken and ensuring implementation and confirmation of promotions within deadlines.
- You would be happy to work alone, have good time management and be capable of using your own initiative to optimize sales.
- Your attention to detail is immaculate, and you take pride in ensuring that our display is flawless and aligned with our brand identity.
- You excel in a fast-paced retail environment and are able to adapt rapidly to changing priorities, particularly during peak season.
